Personalizing Library Outreach with Google Scholar Alerts

This article describes an outreach initiative that uses Google Scholar Alerts to create a personal point of connection between the library liaison and departmental scholars that the liaison works with. The process of creating the program is discussed as well as a small assessment that was conducted about the efficacy of the program.
